A lifelong Florida resident since 1976, Mike Constantine has built his life, family, and career on the values of service, integrity, and relentless hard work. He has been married to his wife, Jamie, for more than 23 years, and together they have raised two sons who are now thriving in their own careers. Outside of work, Mike can usually be found training at the gym six days a week, fishing or hunting, or enjoying his passion for classic cars.
Mike’s commitment to service began early. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1995 and served honorably until 2001. Although his military career was cut short due to injuries requiring multiple surgeries, Mike’s time in the Corps strengthened his discipline, resilience, and leadership. During his service, he pursued his education at Hawaii Pacific University, majoring in Business Administration and laying the academic foundation for his future career.
After his discharge, Mike Constantine launched a successful career in the financial industry. At HSBC International, he rapidly advanced through the Mortgage and Consumer Lending Division. He was then recruited by Fifth Third Bank, where he served as Vice President of Branch Operations and oversaw multiple branch centers along Florida’s west coast. His success led to another recruitment—this time by JP Morgan Chase, where Mike played a key role as Operations Manager, opening and training all financial centers from Naples to Ocala. He later joined Chase’s National Training Team, traveling throughout the region to train staff on new products and operational procedures. When tasked with turning around a struggling financial center, Mike increased assets by $17 million in under a year.
Following his corporate career, Mike Constantine owned and scaled several successful businesses before ultimately finding his professional calling in real estate. Within two years, he became the #1 Realtor in his county, and within three years, he ranked among the top 1% of agents worldwide. To date, Mike has closed nearly $500 million in residential, land, commercial, and industrial sales.
Beyond his career achievements, serving veterans remains at the heart of Mike Constantine’s philanthropic work. He has served on the Congressional Veterans Advisory Board for Congressman Gus Bilirakis, helping develop practical solutions to the complex challenges facing the veteran community. Mike also served on the board of Cryo-Eeeze22, raising funds to provide free holistic health treatments—including hyperbaric therapy, cryotherapy, red light therapy, PEMF, and other modalities—to veterans suffering from service-related injuries and PTSD when traditional VA care fell short.
From the military to banking to entrepreneurship and real estate, Mike Constantine’s journey has been defined by an unwavering commitment to excellence and a desire to uplift others—especially those who have served the nation.
