Greg Tily

Gregory Tily is a distinguished senior management and sales professional with over 20 years of diverse experience in operations management, program development, and sales. Known for his expertise in project management and leadership, Greg has consistently built and led high-performing teams across both military and civilian sectors. His experience spans leading complex, cross-departmental projects, ensuring organizational goals are met efficiently, within budget, and with uncompromising standards.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University. As a graduate of the United States Military Academy (Class of 1998), Greg was commissioned as an Army Officer, where he went on to serve a distinguished 20-year career as an Apache Helicopter Pilot. During his time in the U.S. Army, Greg was entrusted with numerous leadership roles, including supervising and managing large teams and multi-million-dollar projects. As Deputy Director of an organization that included over 590 personnel and 37 rotary wing aircraft, Greg performed duties as the chief-of-staff, supervising a 43-person staff during high-stress operations. He consistently improved the efficiency of staff operations through strategic analysis and establishing priority of efforts. Greg’s leadership also extended to overseeing an annual budget of over $95M, $47M in property, and managing a $38M, 400-person service contract. As Director of up to 24 mid- to senior-level organizational effectiveness coaches, Greg led six multi-functional teams and managed a $25M budget aimed at enhancing organizational processes, management, and leadership across large military organizations.

Following his military retirement, Greg transitioned into the mortgage lending industry, where he brought his leadership, financial acumen, and dedication to service. As a Loan Originator, Mortgage Broker, and Senior Branch Manager, Greg quickly became a top performer, consistently ranking in the top 10% of loan originators for both revenue and units closed. In 2021, he was awarded the prestigious Chairman’s Club honor for being in the top 5% of loan originators. Greg’s client-first approach ensures that each individual receives the highest level of service throughout the loan process, guiding them toward achieving their long-term financial goals.

Greg currently resides in Oldsmar, FL, with his wife and two daughters. An avid sports enthusiast, he enjoys competitive activities and fitness in his free time, continuously striving for personal growth and well-being. Greg remains committed to leading with integrity and serving his community, whether in the boardroom, on the field, or through his continued advocacy for those who serve and have served our country.
