Mission Statement

The Red Star Foundation is dedicated to preventing military, veteran, and first responder suicides by providing a comprehensive network of support, awareness, and advocacy. Through grassroots initiatives, peer-to-peer connections, mental health resources, and community engagement, we aim to break the stigma surrounding mental health struggles and create a culture of healing and resilience. Our mission is to honor the lives and sacrifices of those who served by offering them the care, understanding, and support they deserve—ensuring no one suffers in silence. Together, we strive to turn the tide on veteran and first responder suicides, empowering individuals and communities to act, heal, and build a future of hope.

Red Star Foundation will establish programs, resources and services to include education, training, suicide awareness and prevention, bereavement and grief support, and peer-to-peer networking. Red Star Foundation is an I.R.S. approved 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity.
