The reviewed policy will be published at this address after sign-off, with a published revision date and a retention schedule for private data (bereavement details, service dates, shipping addresses, survey demographics, membership and subscriber records). Questions about your information in the meantime:
Implemented retention windows (pending owner approval)
- Form submissions: 365 days
- Unsubscribed newsletter records: 90 days grace
- Dormant membership flag for manual review: 730 days
These windows drive the purge controls in the retention helper. They are not yet owner-approved policy.
